Who is Psychiatrist Dr. Ümit Yazman?
Born in Ankara in 1965. After completing primary, secondary and high school education at TED Ankara College, he graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine receiving the title of 'Medical Doctor'.
He completed his specialization as a Psychiatrist at Bakırköy Psychiatric and Neurological Diseases Hospital.
Attaching great importance to international clinical experience in his career; he completed post-specialization training on 'Prevention and Treatment of Addictions' at Johns Hopkins University where he was accepted with a scholarship.
In the United States, he conducted clinical and research studies at the University of Virginia 'Center for Mind and Human Interaction', University of Pittsburgh CEDAR Center, and UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute respectively.
Currently, he provides high-standard psychiatric and psychotherapeutic services to local and foreign (English speaking) clients at his private clinic in Levent, Istanbul.
